Common use of Delivery of Registration Statement, Time of Sale Prospectus and Prospectus Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Registration Statement, Time of Sale Prospectus and Prospectus. The Company, as promptly as possible, will deliver to each Underwriter, without charge, a signed copy of the Registration Statement (including exhibits thereto and documents incorporated by reference) and will deliver to each Underwriter during the period mentioned in Section 3(e) or 3(f) below, as many copies of the Time of Sale Prospectus, the Prospectus and any amendments and supplements thereto and any documents incorporated therein by reference as such Underwriter may reasonably request.
