Common use of Delivery of Information Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Information. The Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents from any Credit Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Agents Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents Agent from any Credit Party, any SubsidiaryBorrower, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Agents Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents Agent from any Credit Party, any SubsidiaryBorrowers, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Facility Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents any Facility Agent from any Credit Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any the respective Facility Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Neither of the Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents Agent from any Credit Party, any Subsidiarythe Borrowers, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any such Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Agents Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender Bank originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents Agent from any Credit PartyCommunications, the Borrower, any Subsidiary, the Required LendersBanks, any Lender Bank or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender Bank with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any such Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Agents Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents Agent from any Credit Partythe Guarantor, any SubsidiaryBorrower, any Subsidiary thereof, the Required Majority Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any the Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Agents Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by Agent from Borrower or any of the Agents from any Credit PartySubsidiaries, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except except: (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents from any Credit PartyObligor, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Agents Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Agents Agent from any Credit Party, any Subsidiarythe Subsidiaries of Safety, the Required Majority Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any the Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.
