Common use of Delivery of Information Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Party, any SubsidiarySubsidiary thereof, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (ia) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (iib) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Loan Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit PartyBorrower, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender Party originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Loan Party, any SubsidiarySubsidiary of any Loan Party, the Required Majority Lenders, any Lender Party or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender Party with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower or any Credit Party, any Subsidiaryof its Subsidiaries, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Loan Party, any Restricted Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Partythe Obligors, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document except (ia) as specifically provided in this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document and (iib) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, document instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Partythe Borrower, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information 126 received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Party, any SubsidiarySubsidiary thereof, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (ia) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (iib) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The None of the Administrative Agent Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by any of the Administrative Agent Agents from any Credit Loan Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any of the Administrative Agent Agents at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Party, any SubsidiarySubsidiary thereof, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (ia) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (iib) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request. SECTION 13.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Loan Party, any SubsidiarySubsidiary of any Loan Party, the Required Majority Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.”.

Delivery of Information. The None of the Administrative Agent Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by any of the Administrative Agent Agents from any Credit Loan Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other 202 written communication received by and in the possession of any of the Administrative Agent Agents at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Partyeither Holdings, Borrower, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit PartyHoldings, the Borrower, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the such Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit PartyObligor, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Loan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Party, any Subsidiarythe Borrower, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit PartyHoldings, the Borrower, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, the Requisite Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Credit Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Credit CreditLoan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Credit CreditLoan Document and (ii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.
