Delivery of Energy. Energy must be delivered to the distribution system of the EDC in whose service territory the Project is located.
Delivery of Energy. Delivery of Energy at the Delivery Point shall be treated as delivery for all purposes of this Agreement and shall constitute satisfaction of the Generator's obligation to deliver Metered Output generated by the Facility to the Supplier.

Notwithstanding, Buyer shall be entitled to all Net Metering benefits attributable to the off-Premises consumption of the Energy available as a result of Net Metering, including, but not limited to, any payments, rebates, set-offs, refunds, or other forms of compensation that may be provided by the local electric utility serving the jurisdiction. Owner shall work in good faith with Buyer to ensure that any such Net Metering benefits are properly deliverable to Buyer

Delivery of Energy. This Agreement does not provide for the sale or delivery of power or energy, nor does it govern Customer’s participation in any other SRP program. Without limiting the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to obligate SRP to accept from Customer, or to compensate Customer for, any energy delivered to SRP. If and to the extent SRP agrees to accept any energy delivered to it, such delivery, and any compensation payable therefor, will be in accordance with the Standard Electric Price Plan and Rider(s) or other pricing documents applicable to Customer from time to time. Customer warrants that Customer will not purchase energy from the DER Facility from a third party and that Customer holds title to the energy produced by the DER Facility..
Delivery of Energy. Seller shall be solely responsible for arranging, scheduling with PJM and other Transmitting Utilities, and delivering Energy to be delivered hereunder to the Delivery Point. As between the Parties, Seller shall be solely responsible for any and all costs and charges incurred in connection therewith, whether imposed pursuant to standards or provisions established by FERC, any other Governmental Authority or any Transmitting Utility, including transmission costs, scheduling costs, imbalance costs, congestion costs, operating reserve charges (day-ahead and balancing) and the cost of firm transmission rights. Buyer shall arrange, schedule with PJM and be responsible for transmission of Energy from the Delivery Point and shall, as between the Parties, be solely responsible for any and all costs and charges incurred in connection therewith, whether imposed pursuant to standards or provisions established by FERC, any other Governmental Authority or PJM, including transmission costs, scheduling costs, imbalance costs, congestion costs and the cost of firm transmission rights.
Delivery of Energy. Recognizing that the availability of the Energy Source may vary and, consequently, the resulting Net Output may vary, the Generating Facility shall be designed and constructed to generate and deliver, throughout the Term, an average yearly Net Output not less than the Annual Net Output and the Seller shall use all reasonable commercial efforts to operate, maintain and rehabilitate the Generating Facility in a manner which meets such Energy requirement.
