DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS TO THE CITY. 25.1. Prior to the issuance of a Substantial Completion Certificate or Construction Completion Certificate or Landscaping Completion Certificate for the Municipal Improvements, the Developer shall, in addition to the requirements specified elsewhere in this Article, deliver to the City all other documentation and information relating to the development of the Development Area which the City considers, in its discretion, necessary or desirable for the delivery of municipal services to the Development Area and the Developer agrees that not less than THIRTY (30) days prior to its application for a Substantial Completion Certificate or Construction Completion Certificate for the Municipal Improvements that the Developer shall request from the City a list of all documents and information required by the City.

DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS TO THE CITY. 23.1. Prior to the issuance of a Construction Completion Certificate for the above ground Municipal Improvements, the Developer shall, in addition to the requirements specified elsewhere in this Article, deliver to the City all other documentation and information relating to the development of the Development Area which the City considers, in its discretion, necessary or desirable for the delivery of municipal services to the Development Area and the Developer agrees that not less than THIRTY (30) days prior to its application for a Construction Completion Certificate for the above ground Municipal Improvements that the Developer shall request from the City a list of all documents and information required by the City.
DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS TO THE CITY a) Forthwith upon the completion of the construction and installation of the local improvements and the acceptance of same by the City, the Developer will deliver to the City Development Officer all inspection and testing results and original (linen) "as built" plans and AutoCAD R-14 diskettes prepared by the Developer’s Engineer relating to the servicing of the Lands with the local improvements.

  • Execution of Documents Unless otherwise specified, all Credit Documents and all other certificates executed in connection therewith must be signed by a Responsible Officer.

  • Inspection of Documents Consulting Engineer/Architect shall maintain all Project records for inspection by City during the contract period and for three (3) years from the date of final payment.

  • Amendment of Documents 2.6.1 At any time prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, the Procuring entity, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective tenderer, may modify the tender documents by amendment.

  • SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS 3.0 There shall be two part bidding system for this tender The parties should submit their tenders in two separate sealed envelopes marked I and II. These envelopes are to be put up in an outer main envelope. Envelops I and II should contain the following;-

  • Copies of Documents Each Trust will furnish CMISC with copies of the following documents: the Declaration of Trust of the Trust and all amendments thereto; and the Trust’s registration statement (the “Registration Statement”) as in effect on the date hereof under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and all amendments or supplements thereto hereafter filed. The prospectus(es) and statement(s) of additional information contained in each such Registration Statement, as from time to time amended and supplemented, together are herein collectively referred to as the “Prospectus.”

  • Receipt of Documents The Investor and its counsel has received and read in their entirety: (i) this Agreement and the Exhibits annexed hereto; (ii) all due diligence and other information necessary to verify the accuracy and completeness of such representations, warranties and covenants; (iii) the Company's Form 10-KSB for the year ended year ended December 31, 2003 and Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2003 and (iv) answers to all questions the Investor submitted to the Company regarding an investment in the Company; and the Investor has relied on the information contained therein and has not been furnished any other documents, literature, memorandum or prospectus.

  • Precedence of Documents To the extent of any inconsistency between any of the documents forming part of this Agreement, those documents will be interpreted in the following order of priority:

  • Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents The Adviser hereby acknowledges and agrees to the Sub-Adviser delivering communications and documents by electronic means rather than traditional mailing of paper copies. By consenting to the electronic delivery of all information relating to the Account, the Adviser authorizes the Sub-Adviser to deliver all communications by e-mail address specified by the Adviser. The Adviser acknowledges possessing the technical ability and resources to receive electronic delivery of documents. The Adviser further consents that the Sub-Adviser may provide in any electronic medium (including via e-mail) any disclosure or document that is required by applicable securities laws to be provided by the Sub-Adviser. The consent granted herein will last until revoked by the Adviser.
