Delivery of Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer a conformed copy of the Grant Deed, and any other documents (or copies thereof) deposited by Seller with Escrow Holder pursuant to this Agreement. The original of the Grant Deed shall be returned to Buyer after recordation.
