DELIVERY OF CORPORATE DOCUMENTS. In the event that Tenant is a corporation, Tenant shall, without charge to Landlord, at any time and from time to time within fifteen (15) days after written request by Landlord, if required by a prospective lender or purchaser, deliver to Landlord, in connection with any proposed sale or mortgage of the Premises, the following instruments and documents:
