Common use of Delivery of Certificate Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Certificate. The Seller, MPC and the Company will each provide to Purchaser certificates, dated as of the Closing Date and signed by the Seller and the presidents of MPC and the Company, respectively, to the effect set forth in Section 7.1 and 7.2 for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of such representations and warranties and the performance and satisfaction of such covenants and conditions.

Delivery of Certificate. The Purchaser shall provide to the Seller, MPC and the Company will each provide to Purchaser certificates, dated as of the Closing Date and signed by the Seller and the presidents of MPC and the Company, respectivelyPurchaser’s President, to the effect set forth in Section 7.1 6.1 and 7.2 6.2 for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of such representations and warranties and the performance and satisfaction of such covenants and conditions.

The SellerPurchaser shall provide to Sellers, MPC and the Company will each provide to Purchaser and Stellar certificates, dated as of the Closing Date and signed by the Seller and the presidents President of MPC and the Company, respectively, Purchaser to the effect set forth in Section 7.1 5.1 and 7.2 5.2 for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of such representations and warranties and the performance and satisfaction of such covenants and conditions.
