Delivery of Assets to Custodian. The Trust shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Custodian all of the Fund's Securities, cash and other investment assets, including (i) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Fund with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Fund at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (ii) all cash received by the Fund for the issuance of Shares. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.
Delivery of Assets to Custodian. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Custodian all of the Fund's Securities, cash and other assets, including (a) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Fund with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Fund at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (b) all cash received by the Fund for the issuance, at any time during such period, of Shares. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.
Delivery of Assets to Custodian. The Trust shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Custodian all of the Fund's Securities, cash and other investment assets, including (i) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Fund with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Fund at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (ii) all cash received by the Fund for the issuance of Shares. With respect to Loans, the Loan Documents and other underlying loan documents may be delivered to the Custodian at the address identified below in Section 15.08. With respect to assets other than Loans, such assets shall be delivered to the Custodian, and at the address identified below in Section 15.08. Except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, delivery of Securities to the Custodian shall be in Street Name or other good delivery form. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually delivered to, and received by it. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.
Delivery of Assets to Custodian. The Trust shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Custodian all of the Fund's Securities, cash and other similar assets, including (a) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Fund with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Fund at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (b) all cash received by the Fund for the issuance, at any time during such period, of Shares. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.
Delivery of Assets to Custodian. Provided they are acceptable to Custodian, the Trust shall deliver to Custodian the securities, funds and other assets of each Portfolio, including (a) payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by such Portfolio with respect to securities, funds or other assets owned by such Portfolio at any time during the term of this Agreement, and (b) funds received by such Portfolio for the issuance, at any time during such term, of Shares of such Portfolio. Custodian shall not be under any duty or obligation to require the Trust to deliver to it any securities or other assets owned by a Portfolio and shall have no responsibility or liability for or on account of securities or other assets not so delivered.
Delivery of Assets to Custodian. The Trust shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Execution Copy Custodian all of the Trust applicable Securities, cash and other assets, including (a) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Trust with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Trust at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (b) all cash received by the Trust for the issuance, at any time during such period, of shares. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.
Delivery of Assets to Custodian. The Fund shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Custodian or a Sub-Custodian all of the Fund's Securities, cash and other investment assets, including (i) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Fund with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Fund at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (ii) all cash received by the Fund for the issuance of Shares. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.
Delivery of Assets to Custodian. (a) Each Fund shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Custodian Assets and cash owned by a Fund and its Subsidiaries, including all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by a Fund and its Subsidiaries with respect to such Assets or cash at any time during the period of this Agreement. Except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein, a Fund shall cause delivery of Assets to the Custodian to be made against receipt of payment therefor, and in the name of the Custodian as custodian for the benefit of a particular Fund or Subsidiary, Street Name or other good delivery form. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Assets or cash until actually delivered to, and received by the Custodian. The Custodian, unless it agrees otherwise in writing, shall have no duty to hold for the account of a Fund or its Subsidiaries any Asset other than Loans and cash delivered to the Custodian. Each Company on behalf of a Fund agrees that neither a Fund nor any Subsidiary will deliver Assets other than Loans and cash to the Custodian without the Custodian’s consent. The Custodian shall maintain records of all locations of the Required Loan Documents and a current inventory of such Required Loan Documents.
