Delivery of Addenda. Each initial Lender shall become a party to this Agreement by delivering to the Administrative Agent an Addendum duly executed by such Lender.
Delivery of Addenda. Each initial Lender not a signatory party hereto may become a party to this Agreement by delivering to the Administrative Agent an Addendum duly executed by such Lender.

The delivery of an Addendum by a Lender party to the Existing Credit Agreement duly executed by such Lender shall constitute consent to this Agreement.
