Delivery of a Drawdown Request. The Borrower may request a Drawing to be advanced by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Drawdown Request not more than ten and not fewer than two Business Days before the proposed Drawdown Date.

(a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Clause 6.15) the Obligor's Agent may utilise the Revolving Facility by delivering to the Facility Agent, not later than 11.00 a.m. on the day falling three Business Days before the Drawdown Date for that Advance, a duly completed Drawdown Request (save in respect of the Utilisation of the Revolving Facility to be made on Closing which may be requested by delivery of a duly completed Drawdown Request no later than 9.00 a.m. on the day falling two Business Days before the Drawdown Date for such Advances provided that the Facility Agent has previously confirmed to the Company that Clause 4 has been satisfied).
Delivery of a Drawdown Request. Fair4All Finance will confirm the maximum Loan that can be drawndown on each of the dates in clause 5.1 no later than 31st May 2022, 31st May 2022 and 29th February 2024. The Responsible Lender may then request a Loan by delivering a completed Drawdown Request to Fair4All Finance by not later than the day falling 10 Business Days before the proposed Drawdown Date.
