Common use of Delivery Notice Clause in Contracts

Delivery Notice. An executed copy of the delivery notice in the form attached hereto as Annex D shall be delivered in accordance therewith, with a copy delivered to Xxxxxxxx. The foregoing deliveries shall be deemed to occur simultaneously as part of a single transaction, and no delivery shall be deemed to have been made until all such deliveries have been made. The original certificates representing the applicable Investment Shares shall be delivered via Federal Express to Xxxxxxxx at the address set forth in Section 15 hereof, unless Xxxxxxxx shall have delivered to 7th Level a written notice specifying a different address.
