Delivery Method. Any notice, election, or other communication required or permitted hereunder shall be delivered in writing to the address set forth on the first page of this Agreement and shall be either: (a) delivered in person to the Co-Tenants, (b) sent by same day or overnight courier service, (c) delivered via facsimile with next business day delivery by one of the methods set forth herein, or (d) sent by certified or registered United States mail, return receipt requested, postage and charges prepaid, to the Co-Tenants at the addresses referenced herein.
