Clips constituting T-Mobile Sourced Programming shall be delivered via the procedures set forth in Company’s Jukebox Provider Support document attached as Appendix B to this Amendment or otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Company’s Jukebox Provider Support Document, this Agreement shall control.
