Delivery Dates. Rapiscan’s delivery dates are estimates only. Rapiscan will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Parts in accordance with the delivery dates specified in the Rapiscan Sale Document, but may change those dates as it deems necessary. Rapiscan shall not be liable for failure to deliver by such dates.
