Common use of Delivery Dates Clause in Contracts

Delivery Dates. Delivery dates as defined in the Purchase Agreement are binding for both Seller and Buyer. In the event Buyer requests a change of an agreed delivery date and Seller accepts the change of the delivery date, Seller shall be entitled to charge Buyer for additional costs, including but not limited to out of sequence and/or storage costs.
