Delivery Confirmation. On receipt of your order we will send you an email describing the products and services you have ordered. These communications confirm we have received your order, but do not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. Delivery Confirmation. THE BUYER shall receive and inspect the deliveries and inform THE SELLER that the deliveries were received in good order. XXXXX will take title to the Tagged Major Equipment and Materials upon confirmation that the items were received in good order. If the deliveries are not received in good order, THE BUYER will promptly notify THE SELLER and title shall not pass until the delivered item has been satisfactorily remediated or replaced with a replacement item satisfactory to THE BUYER. Such that multiple items are in a delivery, BUYER shall take title to all non-defective items in the delivery.

China Tel Group shall provide Runcorn with written confirmation of a Delivery Date at least sixty (60) days prior to each calendar month for Products to be shipped within that month. Each written confirmation shall: (i) specifically reference this Agreement and (ii) state the quantity of Products, exact desired Delivery Date, and location of shipment.
Delivery Confirmation. Party A shall issue orders to Party B in advance according to its own market and production needs. Party B shall confirm the terms of the order within one working day of receiving the order and jointly confirm the delivery time with Party A. If no objections are raised or the delivery time is not replied to within one working day, the order information will be deemed correct and the delivery time will be executed according to Party A’s requirements.
