He shall ensure that the serial products are manufactured; tested and documented on the basis of the specifications and that they comply with the specifications of Weckerle Machines. Adherence to delivery dates and freight costs for unscheduled tours are to be monitored and assessed. Weckerle Machines is to be notified immediately in the event of non-fulfilment. Costs for unscheduled tours for which the supplier is responsible are to be borne by the same. At the same time, suggestions for improvement shall be submitted to Weckerle Machines as to how additional tours can be avoided and the observance of delivery dates can be improved in the future.

Delivery Commitment. The supplier must meet its delivery commitment (delivery dates and quantities). If the supplier realizes that the delivery commitment cannot be met, it must notify BOMATEC without delay. The supplier must present approaches so as to still meet the delivery commitment.
Delivery Commitment. You will deliver electronically to Saleae (and continue to make available during the Term) all versions of Extensions for which you have the rights required under this Agreement. You will deliver any New Versions to the Marketplace Extensions, together with any related Product Information, as soon as they are available.
Delivery Commitment. GSMB shall deliver to Company commercially satisfactory master audio recordings of the Sound Recordings and Footage free and clear of liens or other financial encumbrances. Said delivered Footage shall comprise all of the footage of the March 27, 1999 Event concert available to GSMB and approximately seventy-five minutes (75) of interviews and scenery as mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing, and which may include Footage and Sound Recordings previously used in connection with the documentary film entitled Five Days In March by Haskell Wexler, and that certain 22 minute promotional video previouxxx xxxxxxxx by GSMB for marketing purposes. GSMB shall also deliver to Company copies of all Songwriter/Artist Release[s] GSMB has obtained to date in connection with the Artists' performances embodied in the Sound Recordings, a list of persons who have signed said Songwriter/Artist Release[s] is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B.
Delivery Commitment. 2.1 Boeing will deliver in accordance with the provisions of the CSGTA within the lead times specified below Boeing Spare Parts other than (i) Boeing Spare Parts ordered as part of Buyer’s initial provisioning for an Aircraft, (ii) kits or (iii) ***.

Purchase Orders shall conform to minimum lead times, lot sizes and, where applicable, Minimum Order Quantities (“MOQ”) for Products as set forth in Addendum A; provided, however, that Seller agrees to use its best efforts to accommodate POs requesting shorter lead times or in quantities that deviate from Buyer’s forecasts. Unless otherwise noted in PO, delivery dates on Buyer’s PO indicate Buyer’s expected dock date to Buyer’s specified location. Seller shall adjust Seller’s ship date to allow for applicable transit time and freight processing to Buyer’s specified delivery point. Seller shall provide either a PO delivery commitment date or notice that it rejects such purchase order within two (2) business days of receipt thereof or, for orders of Product quantities that exceed Forecasts provided by Buyer pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement, within five (5) business days. CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY BRACKETS, HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 24B-2 OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED.
