Common use of Delivery by the Company Clause in Contracts

Delivery by the Company. Delivery of the Securities shall be made by the Company, or by its transfer agent, as applicable, to the Purchasers as soon as reasonably practicable after the Closing Date by delivering certificates representing their respective portion of Securities as set forth on the signature pages attached hereto, each such certificate to be accompanied by any requisite documentary or transfer tax stamps.
