Delinquent Mortgage Loan. It is understood and agreed that the Class B Holder shall merely have the right to offer suggestions and advice to the Company with respect to the servicing of the Delinquent Mortgage Loan, but shall have no ability to direct the Company's servicing activities with respect to such Delinquent Mortgage Loan.
