Delimitations. The sample size of the study was geographically restricted to Kabondo, Kadibo, East and West Karachuonyo, Miwani, and Muhoroni districts. Suba district was included in the initial SWASH+ research project, but due to its relative geographic isolation, SWASH+ schools in Suba were purposely excluded from this region during sample selection. Pilot testing revealed that deputy head teachers and school WASH patrons were not typically aware of school expenditures and budget management processes. Therefore, it was decided following the pilot phase to conduct interviews with head teachers at all twenty sample schools in order to collect the most accurate information related to school financial management. Delimitations. Gender, ethnicity, and age were not taken into consideration when conducting the study. Additionally, teachers’ experience in the classroom, their performance status at the time of the study were not contributing factors to this study. This study includes the data collected from teachers at three comprehensive high schools in a suburban school district. It was assumed that the teachers honestly responded to the survey and those responses accurately reflected their experience and professional opinions.
Delimitations. The focus of the research will be on the form of the agreements and how the informality affect the possibility of annulment. This thesis does not aim to do a complete assessment of all material rights allegedly violated by the two informal readmission agreements. To actually annul the informal readmission agreements a court needs to do a full assessment including the material assessment of all rights. Neither will this thesis when assessing the annulment under international law consider if there is an international court having jurisdiction but if the informal readmission agreements could have been subjected to the court’s review under the existing international framework if there were one. There are many different ways to challenge an agreement but only the notion of annulment will be explored in this thesis.
Delimitations. The study had some delimitation. Firstly, the study included teachers who worked in traditional public, charter, and magnet schools. In contrast, teachers who worked at virtual online, boarding, alternative, home school, and traditional private schools or special education centers were excluded. These delimitations were based on convenience, specifically, on the researcher’s ability to access participants. The researcher intentionally excluded from the research students and adults at school sites with other types of trauma and focused solely on teachers. Due to the nature of this study, existing lawsuits, and workers' compensation cases, the researcher did not mention the current district and school to maintain anonymity. Consideration of exposure to trauma and its impact was limited to school sites and excluded experiences beyond the work environment.
Delimitations. This research focused on four schools that are located in a suburban district in California. All participants are from a select group and the researcher utilized convenience sampling and works in the same district as the participants. The study only focused on Tier 1 instructional strategies in mathematics in a K-6 school setting. The study focused on the relationship between the teacher’s job satisfaction and knowledge of mathematics, use of district provided curriculum, professional development and time spent in Professional Learning Communities towards student achievement in mathematics. The author of this study was the primary researcher responsible for all data collection and analysis. The researcher is a district administrator and knew the participants professionally throughout district trainings.
Delimitations. 1. The parent-participants were of Mexican nationality and lower socioeconomic means; hence, the findings may not be relevant to other Latino nationalities, different cultures, or parents of higher socioeconomic levels.

Delimitations. I conducted this study in the district where I am employed. As a result, a convenience sample was conducted. Despite having a convenience sample and limiting generalizability, access to this sample gave me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of parents of Latino GATE students in this small and familiar sample. This is also a population that has been understudied and any information is invaluable in this field. There is little literature about Latino GATE student parental involvement and this study served as a basis for further research. Moreover, the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic made it so that all interviews were conducted via Zoom. This form of interviews could have made parents feel more apt to sharing their responses as they were in the comfort of their homes and convenience. Additionally, virtual GATE parent meetings made it so that I could share the SurveyMonkey link in the chat. I was able to get more responses than if I had passed out my survey on paper at various GATE parent meetings throughout the school year.
Delimitations. The Swiss Confederation is responsible for emissions reductions achieved by measures it has put into effect itself. This applies specifically to the carbon tax on combustibles, to the amendment of the Law on the taxation of mineral oils, aimed at encouraging the use of natural gas as a fuel and bio fuels, as well as to the amendment of the Law on the taxation of automobile vehicles, designed to encourage energy efficient and environmentally sound vehicles via a bonus/malus system. The agreed overall reduction volume is not affected by the crediting of emissions reductions abroad to third parties by the SAEFL. Reductions credited to third parties must be compensated by the Foundation with reductions within Switzerland. The difference in cost between projects in Switzerland and projects abroad shall be given due consideration. The contracting parties jointly establish the required volume of reductions.
Delimitations. This study was not intended to represent all possible new teacher areas but rather focused on one specific program. The study was restricted to first-, second- and Early Completion Option (ECO)-teachers from kindergarten through grade 12 who participated in the induction program within the School District A. One school district provided the interview population for the focus group. The research was limited by how effective the mentor teacher was in developing the necessary coaching skills to support and guide the teacher candidates.
