Deletion of Definitions. With respect to the Securities only, the following definitions shall be deleted in their entirety in Section 1.01 of the Senior Indenture:

The definitions of “Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage”, “Intercreditor Agreement”, “Permitted Second Lien Debt”, “Permitted Second Lien Debt Term Sheet” and “Permitted Second Lien Documents” contained in Section 1.02 of the Credit Agreement are each hereby deleted in their entirety.
