Deletion of Definition. The definition of “Appointed Directors” contained in Section 1.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Definition. Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the definition of "Applicable Margin" therefrom.
Deletion of Definition. The definition of Gross Profit is hereby deleted from Section 1 of the Original Agreement in its entirely.
Deletion of Definition. The definition of “Consolidated Net Debt” contained in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Definition. Section 1 of the Agreement is hereby modified by deleting the terms "User Fees" and "Stadium Improvement Fund." All references in the Agreement to "User Fees" shall hereafter mean the per ticket and per vehicle fees paid pursuant to Sections 8(b)(iii) hereof. All references in the Agreement to "Stadium Improvement Fund" shall hereafter mean the "Stadium Operations Fund" as defined in Section 8(b)(vii) hereof.
Deletion of Definition. Section 1.1 of the Original Indenture is hereby amended by deleting the following definition in its entirety: “Qualifying Payment Date” SECTION 4. Amendment to Section 1.2. Section 1.2(a) of the Original Indenture is hereby amended by deleting the term “Second Amendment Effective Date” therein, and inserting “Third Amendment Effective Date” in lieu thereof.
Deletion of Definition. (i) The definition of "Page" as set forth in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is deleted.
Deletion of Definition. The definition of “Swap Obligation” contained in Section 1.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
