Delete(s). PAP partners are required to continue to include coverage records for 3 years after the termination date of the coverage. Previous PAP enrollee data that is omitted from a later Input File will be a “Delete,” and will cause all evidence of PAP enrollment to disappear from the beneficiary’s record on the CMS database. Because such deleted data cannot be recovered there will no longer be any record of PAP – CMS data sharing at CMS.

In addition, there may be the need to undertake a corporate reorganisation exercise and / or a merger or change of ownership may be necessary. For these reasons, the benefit and burden of this agreement may be freely assigned to another party at the discretion of the School.
