Deleted Sections. The following sections of the Indenture are hereby deleted in their entirety, effective as of the Acceptance Date (as hereinafter defined):
Deleted Sections. Each of Sections 6(c)(i), 6(c)(ii), 6(c)(iv), 6(d), 6(e), 6(f) and 6(h) of the Warrants is hereby amended by deleting such Section in its entirety and replacing it with "[Intentionally Omitted]."
Deleted Sections. Any section, or part of a section shown by a number or description in the schedule does not apply to this insurance. Endorsement number 10 - Diabetic or epileptic clause If the person named against this endorsement number is driving any insured vehicle when it is involved in an accident, and the accident is caused or contributed to by the failure of such person to properly carry out any prescribed treatment or report for a medical examination recommended by his or her doctor, the cover we provide for any claim arising out of the accident is limited to the minimum cover needed to meet the relevant law. Endorsement number 11 - Drinks and drugs clause If an accident which happens when the person named against this endorsement number is driving the insured vehicle, results in that person being convicted of an offence involving drink or drugs, or an equivalent offence under the laws of other countries where this insurance provides cover, the cover we provide for that accident is limited to the minimum cover needed to meet the relevant law. Endorsement number 12 - Driving exclusions We will not provide any cover while your vehicle is being driven by, or is in the charge of, any person under the age stated against this endorsement number.
Deleted Sections. The following Sections of the Cooperation Agreement are deleted in their entirety hereby and, except for Section 2.19, replaced with the phrase “Intentionally Omitted”: 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.8, 2.19, 4.4.1, 4.4.4 and 4.6.
Deleted Sections. Governor, Senate & House removed a provision that creates committee to develop a common set of scores using the ACT assessment to determine placement in developmental courses at community colleges. (Sec. 214) Conference Agreement on Items of Difference
Deleted Sections. Section 16.01 and 16.04 of the Original Lease and section 7 of the First Amendment are no longer relevant and are hereby deleted from the Lease.
Deleted Sections. 2.2.1, 2.2.2, and 2.2.3 of the Lease shall be deleted.
Deleted Sections. Sections 1009, 1010 and 1014 are hereby deleted in their entirety (the "Deleted Sections"). All terms defined in Section 101 of the Indenture that are used only in such Deleted Sections, or that are used only in other defined terms that are used only in such Deleted Sections, are hereby deleted and shall be of no further force and effect. All references in the Indenture made to such Deleted Sections, including, but not limited to the references in Sections 203, 301, 305, 306, 310, 501, 1008 and 1015 of the Indenture, as well as the references to the Deleted Sections in the definitions of "Cellular Operating Income," "Unrestricted Subsidiary," "Permitted Investments" and "Pro Rata Portion," are hereby deleted.
Deleted Sections. Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date, in addition to the other Sections and provisions of the Lease modified herein, Section 6 (Right of First Refusal) of EXHIBIT E of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and shall be of no further force and effect.
Deleted Sections. Sections 30 and 31 of the Lease are hereby deleted in their entirety.
