Deleted Provision. Section VIII.A of the First Amendment (Restoration of Expansion Space) shall be deleted in its entirety and of no further force and effect.
Deleted Provision. Section VIII(d) of the Second Amendment (Right of First Offer) shall be deleted in its entirety and of no further force or effect.
Deleted Provision. Sections 1 (Renewal Option) of Exhibit D of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and of no further force and effect.
Deleted Provision. Addendum 1 to the Third Amendment is hereby deemed null and void and of no further force and effect.
Deleted Provision. The conditional obligation to repay Abated Base Rent under Section 2 of the First Amendment in the event of default expires upon execution of this Second Amendment.
Deleted Provision. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease, Landlord and Tenant agree that (i) Exhibit F (Parking Agreement) of the Lease shall be automatically, irrevocably and without further action of any of the parties thereto deleted in its entirety and of no further force or effect, and (ii) Landlord releases and discharges Tenant from any further obligations under Exhibit F (Parking Agreement) of the Lease.
Deleted Provision. Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date, the Right of First Offer set forth in Section XII.G of the First Amendment shall be deleted in its entirety and of no further force or effect.
Deleted Provision. Effective as of the Second Extension Date, Section XII.E (Renewal Option) of the First Amendment shall be deleted in its entirety and of no further force or effect.
Deleted Provision. The right of first refusal contained in Section 9 of the First Amendment with respect to Suite C is hereby deleted in its entirety and is of no further force or effect.
