Common use of Delegation and Assignment Clause in Contracts

Delegation and Assignment. 15 6.1.1 In the performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR may neither 16 delegate its duties or obligations nor assign its rights, either in whole or in part, without the prior 17 written consent of COUNTY.
