Delegated Officer Review. 3.3.1 Where, in the opinion of the Registered Medical Practitioner, the matter in dispute has not been resolved to their satisfaction by the Designated Manager, the Registered Medical Practitioner may then submit comprehensive details of their complaint or dispute to the Officer nominated specifically under the escalation procedure to manage such matters (hereinafter referred to as the “Delegated Officer”). The Delegated Officer will in all instances be senior in grade to the Designated Manager who carried out the initial formal review of the matter in dispute and will not have had any direct prior involvement in the matter in dispute. The referral to the Delegated Officer will be accompanied by all relevant documentation, including copies of all correspondence between the Registered Medical Practitioner and the HSE in relation to the matter in dispute.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Compensation Committee (A) The Compensation Committee shall be composed of not more than five (5) members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members who are not officers of the Company and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE Recognizing the value of Union input on behalf of employees, the parties agree to the following:
