Delegated Authority. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the following areas of responsibility for development of policies for the TLD are delegated to the Registry:
Delegated Authority. The BCF Executive Group is authorised within the limits of delegated authority for its members (which is received through their respective organisation’s own financial scheme of delegation) to: authorise commitments which exceed or are reasonably likely to lead to exceeding the contributions of the Partners to the aggregate contributions of the Partners to any Pooled Fund subject to the agreement of the Chief Finance Officer of the CCG and the Strategic Director of Finance and Customer Services of the Council; and authorise a Lead Commissioner to enter into any contract for services necessary for the provision of Services under an Individual Scheme
Delegated Authority. Subject to Registry Operator’s compliance with this Agreement and any Temporary Specifications or Policies or Consensus Policies as defined in the Agreement, and provided the scope of the community restrictions described in Part 1 of this Specification 12 are not exceeded: Registry Operator shall have delegated authority to develop policy for the TLD in the following areas: Product Management
Delegated Authority. The Mayor or Mayor’s designee has the authority to execute this agreement.
Delegated Authority. The Integrated Commissioning Executive is authorised within the limit of delegated authority for its members (which is received through their respective organisation’s own financial scheme of delegation) to authorise an officer of the Host Partner to enter into any contract for services necessary for the provision of Services under an Individual Scheme.
Delegated Authority. Subject to Registry Operator’s compliance with this Registry Agreement, including all attachments and appendices thereto (the “Agreement”) and any Temporary Specifications or Policies or Consensus Policy as defined in the Agreement, and provided the scope of the Charter is not exceeded: Registry Operator shall have delegated authority to develop policy for the sTLD in the following areas: Product Management
Delegated Authority. Each member of the Partnership Board will have delegated authority from his/her Partner, through that Partner’s own governance structure and schemes of delegation, to take decisions relating to the management of the Individual Schemes and Pooled Fund. These include, but are not limited to, determining commitments which exceed or are reasonably likely to result in an Overspend provided that the members of the Partnership Board can only authorise commitments in accordance with the risk sharing arrangements set out in the relevant Agreement.
Delegated Authority. Pursuant to Section 2-8.3 of the County Code, there are no delegations of authority beyond those specified in the attached resolution which authorize the County Mayor or County Mayor’s designee to execute the Construction Agreement on behalf of Miami-Dade County and to exercise the provisions contained therein. Delegated Authority. In accordance with Section 2-8.3 of the Miami-Dade Code related to identifying delegation of Board authority, there are no authorities beyond that specified in the resolution which includes authority for the Mayor or Mayor’s designee to execute the agreement on behalf of Miami- Dade County and to exercise the provisions contained therein.
Delegated Authority. The authority of the County Mayor or County Mayor's designee to execute and implement this contract is consistent with those authorities granted under the Code of Miami-Dade County. No additional delegation of authority is being requested within the body of this contract.
