Delayed Start to the School Day. In the event that the Superintendent or designee declares a delay in the start of the school day, those employees who report for work, and who have an assigned report time that is within forty-five minutes of the school delay announcement, shall be paid for one hour. Other employees will be required to adjust their report time accordingly and will be paid the regular assigned route time and rate of pay.
