Delay in Payment. To the extent required in order to avoid the imposition of any interest and/or additional tax under Section 409A(a)(1)(B) of the Code, any payments or deliveries due as a result of your termination of Employment with the Firm may be delayed for six months if you are deemed to be a “specified employee” as defined in Section 409A(a)(2)(i)(B) of the Code.
