Should this purchase of the affected dehydration asset(s) occur, Seller will have ninety (90) days either to leave the purchased asset in its present location but make it exclusive for Seller's use or remove the purchased asset from Buyer's property, at Seller's sole cost and expense. Should the actual volume of produced gas attributable to Seller's interest in WCBB from such Seller operated wellx xxxeed 5 MMCFD, Buyer may, in its sole discretion, but shall not be obligated to, accept and dehydrate such additional volume as long as the Dehydration Facility capacity exists.
