  • General Definitions 1. For the purposes of this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • Incorporation of Administrative Code Provisions by Reference The provisions of Chapters 12B and 12C of the San Francisco Administrative Code are incorporated in this Section by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein.
