Definitions Specific to FDNP Services. In addition to the definitions in Section A.2. of this Program Element, the following terms used in this Section B.2. shall have the meanings assigned below, unless the context requires otherwise: Eligible Foods: Fresh, nutritious, unprepared, Locally Grown Produce, fruits, vegetables and herbs for human consumption. Foods that have been processed or prepared beyond their natural state, except for usual harvesting and cleaning processes, are not Eligible Foods. Honey, maple syrup, cider, nuts, seeds, eggs, meat, cheese and seafood are examples of foods that are not Eligible Foods. Farmers Market: Association of local farmers who assemble at a defined location for the purpose of selling their produce directly to consumers. Farmers Market Season or Season: June 1 – October 31. Farm Stand: A location at which a single, individual farmer sells his/her produce directly to consumers or a farmer who owns/operates such a Farm Stand. This is in contrast to a group or association of farmers selling their produce at a Farmers Market.

Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • NASPO ValuePoint Summary and Detailed Usage Reports In addition to other reports that may be required by this solicitation, the Contractor shall provide the following NASPO ValuePoint reports.

  • Monitoring and Adjusting Forecasts Verizon will, for ninety (90) days, monitor traffic on each trunk group that it establishes at CSTC’s suggestion or request pursuant to the procedures identified in Section 14.2 of this Attachment. At the end of such ninety-(90) day period, Verizon may disconnect trunks that, based on reasonable engineering criteria and capacity constraints, are not warranted by the actual traffic volume experienced. If, after such initial ninety (90) day period for a trunk group, Verizon determines that any trunks in the trunk group in excess of two (2) DS-1s are not warranted by actual traffic volumes (considering engineering criteria for busy Centium Call Second (Hundred Call Second) and blocking percentages), then Verizon may hold CSTC financially responsible for the excess facilities and disconnect such excess facilities.
