Definitions of Specific Terms. Unless the context shall clearly indicate some other meaning or may otherwise require, the terms defined in this Section shall, for all purposes of this Indenture and of any indenture, resolution or other instrument amendatory hereof or supplemental hereto and of any certificate, opinion, instrument or document herein or therein mentioned, have the meanings herein specified, with the following definitions to be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of any terms herein defined and vice versa.
