Definitions; Glossary of Terms. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement (including the Exhibits and Schedules hereto) but not defined in the body hereof shall have the meanings assigned to them in Exhibit A. The Glossary of Defined Terms, which follows the Table of Contents, sets forth the location in this Agreement of the definition of each capitalized term used herein that is not defined in Exhibit A.
