The definition does not apply to a Dogman and / or Crane Chaser who is permanently employed in a workshop, nor does it apply when he or she is using a mobile crane which is permanently stationed in a workshop.

Where the context of this Agreement so requires, the definitions from the Project Agreement will be read and interpreted with such changes as are necessary in order to carry out the intent and purpose of this Agreement and to facilitate the ability of the Parties to carry out and perform their mutual obligations to one another hereunder.
