Definitions and Scope. 1.1 Employees within the bargaining unit shall have the right to present grievances in accordance with the procedures prescribed in this article, except that employees in their initial probationary period, as specified in the Seniority Article, paragraphs 1.1 and 1.5, shall not have the right to grieve disciplinary action.
