Definitions and Basic Provisions. The following definitions and basic provisions shall be used in conjunction with and limited by the reference thereto in the provisions of this lease:

As used herein, the term “RA,” when referring to the Premises (defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall mean and refer to the rentable area of the Premises measured in accordance with the Building Owners and Managers Association (“BOMA”) method of measurement. The term “RA,” when referring to the Building or any other Park Building, shall mean the aggregate total of all RA in the Building in question or in all of the Park Buildings, as applicable. The Landlord reserves the right to re-measure the Premises in accordance with BOMA standards, in which event the Basic Rental will be immediately adjusted to reflect the change in the RA of the Premises.
