Definitions and Application. a. Hospital system seniority shall be defined as the total length of time an employee has been continuously employed in any capacity by CKHS/Prospect Medical Holdings. This time includes work for any CKHS predecessor(s). Cessation of employment for longer than three (3) months with any CKHS entity shall cause a break in hospital system seniority.
