Definition of Participants. The intent of this Article is to define participants who receive an Employer contribution toward the cost of insurance. For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply.

  • Definition of Employees A. Full-time employee is defined as a person employed in a position that is scheduled for forty (40) hours per week.
