Definition of Overtime. Where an employee is required to work more than seven and one half (7-1/2) hours in any one day, or more than seventy-five (75) hours in a two (2) week period, he/she shall be paid for such additional hours of work at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his/her straight time rate. No employee will be required to take time off in lieu of overtime payments.
