Definition of Overtime. Employees' Overtime is defined as any hours of work which deviate from an employee's posted work schedule as described in Section 9.3 of this Agreement unless such deviation is voluntary on the part of the employee or is made necessary by required training activities as provided under Section 9.5 of this Agreement (Temporary Change in Shifts), in which case no overtime is authorized or ordered work, performed by an employee which is in excess of eighty-five (85) hours in the standard work periodshall be deemed to have been worked.
