Definition of Landlord. The term “Landlord” as used in this Lease means only the owner or owners at the time being of each Property Location so that in the event of any assignment, conveyance or sale, once or successively, of said Property Location, or any assignment of this Lease by Landlord, said Landlord making such sale, conveyance or assignment shall be and hereby is entirely freed and relieved of all covenants and obligations of Landlord hereunder, if any, accruing after such sale, conveyance or assignment, and Tenant agrees to look solely to such purchaser, grantee or assignee with respect thereto. This Lease shall not be affected by any such assignment, conveyance or sale, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the purchaser, grantee or assignee.
