Definition of Disability. For purposes of this Agreement, “Disability” (and any of its forms) means that, for more than six consecutive months, the Executive is unable, with reasonable accommodation, to perform the duties described in Section 4.01 on a full-time basis due to a physical or mental disability or infirmity.

Definition of Disability. For purposes of this Agreement, “Disability” shall mean the Participant’s inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months.

If the Executive is not legally competent, the Executive's legal guardian or duly authorized attorney-in-fact shall act in the Executive's stead, under this Section 6.2, for the purposes of selecting a medical doctor, submitting the Executive to the examinations, and providing the authorization of disclosure, required under this Section 6.2.

Definition of Disability. For purposes of this Agreement, the Grantee’s employment shall be deemed to have terminated due to the Grantee’s Disability if the Grantee is entitled to long-term disability benefits under the Company’s long-term disability plan or policy, as in effect on the date of termination of the Grantee’s employment.
