Definition of Common Area. As used herein, “Common Area” means those areas and facilities which are or may be furnished by Landlord on or near the Property, as designated by Landlord from time to time, intended for the general common use and benefit of all tenants of the Building and their agents, representatives, licensees, employees and invitees, including, without limitation, any and all stairs, landings, roofs, utility and mechanical rooms and equipment, service closets, corridors, elevators, lobbies, lavatories and other public areas of the Building and all parking areas, access roads, pedestrian walkways, plazas and landscaped areas.

Definition of Common Area. The termCommon Area,” as used in this Lease means all areas within the exterior boundaries of the Entire Premises now or later made available for the general use of Landlord and other persons entitled to occupy floor area in the Entire Premises. Without limiting this definition, Landlord may include in the Common Area those portions of the Entire Premises presently or later sold or leased until the commencement of construction of building(s) thereon, at which time such areas shall be withdrawn from the Common Area. Common Area shall not include (a) the entryway to a tenant’s premises, (b) any improvements installed by a tenant outside of its premises, whether with or without Landlord’s knowledge or consent, or (c) any areas or facilities that could be considered as Common Area except that the areas or facilities are included in the description of premises leased to a tenant.

Definition of Common Area. Common Area shall mean the entire area designated from time to time by Landlord for common use or benefit of the occupants of the Building, including, but not by way of limitation, any and all portions of the Building not available for lease to tenants; the Real Property; the floors; the heating, ventilating and air conditioning; parking lots; landscaped and vacant areas; passages for trucks and automobiles; areaways; roads; sidewalks; curbs; corridors; and facilities such as washrooms, drinking fountains, toilets, stairs, ramps, elevators and escalators, if any.
Definition of Common Area. The term 'common area" refers to all areas within the exterior boundaries of the Shopping Center which are now or hereafter made available for the nonexclusive use, convenience and benefit of authorized occupants of Floor Area in the Shopping Center (excluding the "Food Court Common Area" located in the Food Court Building designated on Exhibit A), and including without limitation automobile parking areas, parking structures, driveways, open or enclosed malls, food court seating areas, sidewalks, walkways, public transportation and landscaped areas in and contiguous to the Shopping Center. Landlord may, at its option, from time to time add or delete property to or from the common area. In connection with the conduct of Tenant's business in the premises only, Tenant, its employees and invitees are, except as otherwise provided in this Lease, authorized to use the common area in common with other persons during the term of this Lease.
