DEFINITION AND APPLICATION. 16.2.1 Redundancy means a situation where an employee’s occurs when employment is terminated by the employer, the termination being attributable, wholly or mainly, due to the fact that the an employee's position filled by the employee is, or will become becoming superfluous to the needs employer's requirements as a result of: - closure or sale of the employer. An employee will be ineligible to receive redundancy compensation if:whole or any part of the operation; - change in systems; - reorganisation; - Or like cause.

DEFINITION AND APPLICATION. Redundancy means a situation where an employee’s employment is terminated by the employer, the termination being attributable, wholly or mainly, to the fact that the position filled by the employee is, or will become superfluous to the needs of the employer.
