Definitions and Exhibits Terms defined above or in the text of this Loan Agreement shall have the meanings set forth herein. Other capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Definitions Addendum, which is attached and incorporated herein. All exhibits to this Loan Agreement are also incorporated herein.
Definitions and Schedules Section 1.01.
Headings and Article, Section and Exhibit References The Article and Section headings are for reference and convenience only and shall not be considered in the interpretation of this Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated, Article or Section references are to Articles or Sections of the document in which the reference is contained. References to numbered Articles or Sections of this Agreement also refer to and include all subsections of the referenced Article or Section. References to Appendices, Exhibits or Schedules of this Agreement also refer to and include all attachments of the referenced Appendix, Exhibit or Schedule.
Exhibits and Schedules; Additional Definitions All Exhibits and Schedules attached to this Agreement are a part hereof for all purposes. Reference is hereby made to the Security Schedule for the meaning of certain terms defined therein and used but not defined herein, which definitions are incorporated herein by reference.
Definitions and Interpretive Provisions In this Agreement:
Defined Terms; References Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein which is defined in the Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement. Each reference to "hereof", "hereunder", "herein" and "hereby" and each other similar reference and each reference to "this Agreement" and each other similar reference contained in the Credit Agreement shall, after this Amendment becomes effective, refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
Amendments to Section 1: Definitions A. Subsection 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding thereto the following definitions, which shall be inserted in proper alphabetical order:

Definitions and References Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Credit Agreement. All references to the Credit Agreement contained in the Collateral Documents and the other Loan Documents, as amended or amended and restated, shall, upon the execution of this Amendment, mean the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
