Deferred Vacation Entitlement. All employees who are entitled to four (4) weeks or more of annual vacation shall take at least three (3) weeks during the year in which they were earned, and such employees may deter the taking of any portion of their annual entitlement in excess of three (3) weeks until subsequent years, providing only that the maximum deterred vacation which the employee may accumulate at any time shall be four (4) weeks.
