Deferral of Compressed Work Week Days Off. Days deferred must be scheduled by mutual agreement within two (2) months of the conclusion of the deferral period taking into consideration the commitment of the College, the needs of the department and the desires of the individual. Such agreement will not be unreasonably withheld by either party. Deferred days may be carried forward beyond the two (2) month period by mutual agreement provided the commitment to the College and the needs of the department can be adequately met.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.
